Working Thoracic Spine Mobility for Bridge

When working toward developing or improving a bridge, looking to mobilize the thoracic spine is a huge help. The thoracic spine is the part where our ribs are attached, and naturally it is usually more resistant to move than our lower back or our neck. In order to have a strong bridge and to avoid placing undo stress on our lower back it’s important that we mobilize our thoracic spine.
