Help for Adult Gymnasts with Diastatis Recti with Free Call Series

I am a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist and an adult gymnast. I have decided to host a series of Free Live Calls to help teach gymnasts how they can work on correcting a Diastasis Recti (in short, a separation of the ab muscles, which often happens after pregnancy) with simple, at-home exercises.
