Gymnastics Conditioning Plans

This website contains a free conditioning list for WAG JO program level 5/6, which can be adapted for your needs if you are a coach of many levels and also adapted for the needs of an adult gymnast. Further conditioning lists for other levels and consultations are available specifically for adult gymnastics conditioning via this page, but checking out the free list will give you a great idea on a plan to get your strength where it needs to be for success on the the four women’s artistic events. Many women come back to adult gymnastics after giving birth, only to find that their stomach muscles just aren’t what they were.
